Heavenlyoga was created to champion safe, gentle, and sustainable movement that supports the body and nervous system for life. My mission is to offer guidance grounded in care, awareness, and respect—sharing practices that nurture long‑term health and honor the body’s natural intelligence. In doing so, I help individuals cultivate resilience, balance, and a deeper sense of connection to themselves and the life they’re here to live.
A guided wellness membership to help you move with ease, breathe with confidence, and age with a touch of everyday magic.
All modalities prioritize inclusivity, kindness, and approachability—welcoming beginners exploring these paths as well as seasoned practitioners seeking deeper integration.
Gentle practices that balance the body's subtle energy fields, ease tension, clear blockages, and restore vital flow for greater physical and emotional ease.
Heart-centered techniques to build coherence, quickly shifting from stress and overwhelm to calm, emotional resilience, clarity, and renewed balance.
Practical direction grounded in clean-food principles, helping navigate food choices with clarity and nourishment rather than restriction or confusion.
Customized experiences, including one-on-one breathwork, energy sessions, or integrated wellness plans.
Through the many years I have been going to Karen’s classes I have never left a class without learning something new regarding yoga, health, mind quieting and most importantly love (for myself & others), energy (that comes from within and all around us) and peace (of mind, body, and soul). My first reason for starting yoga was to stay in shape. I started with beginning Yoga, gradually moved up to Gentle Hatha and over the years felt strong enough for Flow. I was so proud of myself for making these physical achievements and surprised at what my body, almost naturally, was capable of doing. The three most important lessons Karen brings to her Yoga classes are;
Marlene SlaytonI have known Karen for approximately six years and have not met a more caring, loving person. Karen has assisted me in lowering my blood pressure with Heart Math techniques to the point that I no longer need medication. She has been my Spiritual Coach through Shamanic healing, breathing techniques and Yoga as well as a Life Coach. I feel I can share my most intimate thoughts with her because her essence is one of unconditional love and without judgement. Karen continues to assist me in working through several life traumas, and has been my guiding Angel.
Mary Walters“Karen’s depth of knowledge, creativity, and wonderful sense of humor have set me up for success, making each class both informative and enjoyable.”
Laurie S."Heavenlyoga has been a fantastic addition to my journey back into fitness. It gives me the freedom to practice yoga at my own pace and on a schedule that fits seamlessly into my day.”
Rose K.“I used to feel self‑conscious in yoga classes, but Heavenlyoga changed everything. I practice early in the morning from home, choose what feels right, and progress without pressure.”
Jessica H.The Heavenlyoga blog offers simple, real‑life guidance to help you feel better in your body, calmer in your mind, and more connected to your spirit—especially if you’re over 50. Each article turns yoga, energy practices, and holistic nutrition into small, doable steps you can use right away in everyday life.
I had always lived my life running full out and in forward motion. I was rarely present and didn’t allow time for restoration. My husband says I was living each day trying to stuff 10 pounds of sugar in a 5 pound bag. Karen helped me realize that my lifelong battle with procrastination wasn’t a character flaw, it was my body, mind and spirit crying out for space to reflect, learn and file away the daily, weekly and monthly learnings and activities. Not only is Karen an amazing coach, but also a caring mentor.
